Rescheduling Policy

We at A.T.S. understand that there can be unexpected events or circumstances that arise that can not be planed for.  For that reason, we strive to be as flexible to the student’s needs as possible!

Before Training Begins:

If you need to reschedule your training we require written notification at a minimum of two weeks  (14 days) notice before the first day of training is set to begin.

If a rescheduling request is not received/requested within 14 days prior to your class date (in writing) you are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid, less the cost of books, all applicable training materials and shipping fees.  A rescheduling fee of $150 will be added to cover administrative expenses.

Buyers who do not provide written notification of intent to reschedule within two weeks (14 days) of the first day of training may be subject to the following fees:

  1. 100% refund of tuition
  2. 100% of non-refundable instructor travel, instructor per diem, hotel and car rental
  3. 100% of non-refundable books and manuals including shipping fees
  4. $150.00 non-refundable rescheduling fee

After Training Begins:

If circumstances arise that are beyond control during a student’s training, such as an illness (either of our staff or the student), mechanical failure of the sim or a death in the family; in such scenarios, we will adjust your training as needed!

Cancellation Prior to 60 Days Before Training (in Writing)

Refunds requested up to 60 days prior to your class date (in writing) are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid, less the cost of books, all applicable training materials and shipping fees.  Buyers shall be entitled to a similar refund in the event that we discontinue the course/program prior to the start of training.

Buyers who provide written notification of cancellation up to 60 days prior to your first day of training may be subject to the following cancellation fees:

  1. 50% of non-refundable instructor travel, instructor per diem, hotel and car rental
  2. 100% of non-refundable books and manuals including shipping fees

After this period or if written notification is not receive, there are no refunds!

Cancellation within 30 Days Before Training (in Writing)

Refunds requested up to 30 days prior to your class date (in writing) are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid, less the cost of books, all applicable training materials and shipping fees.  Buyers shall be entitled to a similar refund in the event that we discontinue the course/program prior to the start of training.  A cancellation fee of $150 will be added to any cancellation to cover administrative expenses.

Refunds requested within 7 days prior to your class date (in writing) are entitled to a half refund of all tuition and fees paid, less the cost of books, all applicable training materials and shipping fees.  Buyers shall be entitled to a similar refund in the event that we discontinue the course/program prior to the start of training.  A cancellation fee of $150 will be added to any cancellation to cover administrative expenses.

Buyers who provide written notification of cancellation within 7 days of the first day of training may be subject to the following cancellation fees:

  1. 50% refund of tuition
  2. 100% of non-refundable instructor travel, instructor per diem, hotel and car rental
  3. 100% of non-refundable books and manuals including shipping fees
  4. $150.00 non-refundable cancellation fee

After this period or if written notification is not receive, there are no refunds!

No Call or No Show Policy

If the student is unable to attend for any reason, and is not present for training when class begins and there has not been a WRITTEN cancellation/extension/change request prior to the class date; THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, and a cancellation fee of $150 will be added to cover administrative expenses.

Buyers who do not provide written notification of cancellation before the first day of training will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

  1. 100% non-refundable tuition and fees paid
  2. 100% of non-refundable instructor travel, instructor per diem, hotel and car rental
  3. 100% of non-refundable books and manuals including shipping fees
  4. $150.00 non-refundable cancelation fee

If the student is absent or if written notification is not receive, there are no refunds and a cancellation fee of $150 will be added to cover administrative expenses.

Personal Information That A.T.S. May Collect Online

When you register, we will ask you for some personal information.  A.T.S. collects the following personal information online:

  • First and Last name
  • Postal Addresses
  • E-mail addresses
  • Phone numbers

How We Use This Personal Information Collected Online

Unless you otherwise consent, we will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to your emails, handle your complaints, and process business requests related to programs we offer.  At certain points where personal information is collected on our site, there may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on a mailing list to receive information about other promotional programs and services.

If you’re purchasing a product, we’ll request financial information such as a credit card number.  Any financial information we collect is used only to bill you for the products and services you purchased.  Credit Card information is NOT stored on our systems online or offline and is deleted/destroyed after the transaction.

Finally, you may be asked to disclose personal information to us so that we can provide assistance and information to you.  For example, we may collect personal information from you (such as an e-mail address, system information and problem descriptions) in order to provide online technical support and troubleshooting.
